Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for qualified Mechanical Engineer to support maintenance, machine reliability, and engineering projects in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, improving machine performance, and supporting installation and engineering work within the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery is always in good working condition
  • Analyze machine performance and implement improvements to enhance iciency and reduce downtime
  • Supervise mechanical repair and installation work in accordance with engineering standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis of machine failures and propose corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and installation work
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and factory standards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and engineering documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of mechanical design, machine components, and preventive maintenance systems
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O ice and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), HACCP, and GMP is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a factory environment
  • Able to work at Factory (Bangbuathong Plant)
  • Able to work every other Saturday
